Mercerizing

The GOLLER mercerizing machine perfectly shows the unique ingenuity and exquisite skills of CHTC FONG’S in the manufacturing process. Its automatic visual interface operation, combined with the alkali concentration automatic control system and the whole machine PLC control system, only one key operation, you can complete the setting and adjustment of all process parameters such as Pommel degree, water supply, temperature, tension and cloth surface humidity at the computer end. At the same time, the equipment supports real-time monitoring and data acquisition, almost without manual intervention, effectively reducing human operation errors, and improving the stability and reliability of the production process.

SINTENSA CYCLONE - Degreasing Rinsing Machine
Sintensa Cyclone series spun oil washing range is specially designed to provide ultra-low tension open-width de-oiling washing, and is suitable for various synthetic knitted fabrics. At present, Sintensa Cyclone series spun oil washing range becomes one of the flagship products of the Goller brand which has sold nearly 200 units worldwide. The machine features a “three-in-one” design that combines underwater soaking, high-efficiency spray washing, and turbulence washing. With Goller’s patented THERMPLATE indirect heating and insulation technology and multi-drives tension control technology, it not only remove oil from the fabric evenly and effectively, but also release tension of fabric for good shrinkage, thereby guarantee the dimensional stability of fabric and uniform dyeing. On the premise of ensuring the original elasticity of the fabric, a softer and smoother fabric style is achieved, which is important to the downstream processing.
